This policy explains what data Hatzaa collects, how it's stored and used, and your rights over it. This document is written as an initial baseline; before a full commercial launch, professional legal review is recommended.
Account details (name, email, phone), business details (business name, address, tax ID, logo), the data you enter about your customers and services, and basic usage data (such as quote views).
Information is used to run the Service: generating quotes, calculating VAT and discounts, sending links to your customers, managing your subscription, and improving the product.
We share limited information only with necessary infrastructure providers: PayPal for payment processing (we never see or store card details), and Vercel and Neon for hosting and storage. We do not sell information to third parties for advertising.
Passwords are hashed (bcrypt), each business's data is fully isolated from other businesses on the platform, and all communication with the Service is encrypted (HTTPS).
We retain data for as long as the account is active. When an account is closed, data deletion can be requested in accordance with the law.
We use browser local storage (localStorage) to remember preferences such as language and theme (light/dark), and a session cookie for secure sign-in.
You may request to access, correct, or delete your personal information at any time via the contact details in the site footer.
When you enter your own customers' details into the system, you act as the controller of that data and are responsible for complying with the law applicable to collecting and using it; Hatzaa acts only as its technical processor.
The Service is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18.
We may update this policy from time to time and will post any material change on this page.
