These terms form an agreement between you and Hatzaa ("the Service", "we") and govern your use of the platform. Browsing or registering for the Service means you agree to these terms. This document is written as an initial baseline for operating the Service; before a full commercial launch, professional legal review tailored to your business is recommended.
Hatzaa is a platform that lets tradespeople in Israel manage a price list and customers, and issue, send and track quotes. The Service does not provide legal, accounting or professional advice, and is not responsible for the content of the quotes you create.
You must provide accurate details when registering and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs through your account.
The Service is offered on a free plan and paid plans with recurring billing (monthly or yearly) processed via PayPal. You can cancel your subscription at any time from account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
You may not use the Service for unlawful purposes, to harass third parties, or to attempt to breach the system or access other businesses' data.
The data you enter (business details, customers, price list, quotes) belongs to you. We store it to provide the Service and do not sell it to third parties.
Every quote you send gets a unique public link. You are responsible for making sure the content you share via that link is accurate and authorized to be shared.
Hatzaa's design, code, logo and brand belong to us. You may not copy, duplicate, or reverse-engineer the Service.
The Service is provided "as is", with no guarantee of continuous availability or freedom from errors. We are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the Service, including quote-calculation mistakes not caught by you before sending.
We may suspend or close an account that violates these terms. You may close your account at any time.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by Israeli law, with exclusive jurisdiction in the competent courts of Israel.
